- Operation of the scalding machine: Open the lid and put the completely bled carcass into the scalding tank. The lid is then closed pneumatically. The depilation roller rotates toward the discharge end, causing the carcass to rotate in the opposite direction. While rinsing with hot water, the hair removal paddle continuously scrapes the carcass to ensure efficient hair removal. The ironing and epilation cycles can be controlled in one of the following ways: * manually by the operator; or * automatically by selecting a preset program on the display. After the cycle is completed, the top cover is opened pneumatically and the hair removal roller stops automatically. Finally, the pneumatic ejector ejects the depilated carcass from the scalding pool.
