What is the quality warranty for slaughtering equipment?
We provide a 1-year warranty on the equipment. During this period, if there is a quality issue, we will take responsibility and cover the costs.
Do you charge for project consulting?
No. Consulting services are free of charge.
Do you charge for slaughterhouse design?
No. Design is free. Our engineers will design the slaughterhouse or slaughter line according to the customer’s requirements and land conditions.
How about equipment installation and commissioning?
Our company will send an experienced technical team to guide installation and complete commissioning.
Do you also supply cold rooms (chiller / freezer / cold storage)?
Yes. We also manufacture cold storage facilities according to the customer’s meat storage capacity.
Can you handle overseas slaughterhouse projects? Can you share some case examples?
Yes. We have extensive experience with overseas projects. Cases include: two projects in the United States, four projects in Southeast Asia (such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia), three construction projects in Ethiopia, three projects in the Middle East (such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar), and more.
