- Vertical type of bleeding: When the pig is completely stunned, then fix the hind legs with bleeding hook chains and lift to the overhead conveyor rail to hang on the conveyor rail, then kill the pig's neck and transport it to the bleeding area for complete bleeding, the bleeding time is 5 minutes.
- Horizontal type bleeding: When the pig is completely stunning and then slides to the horizontal conveying machine, the pig will be killed and bleed on the conveying machine, the bleeding time is 3 minutes (90% of the blood will bleed in this step).
- River-style scalding: After the pigs have finished bleeding and cleaning, the pig carcasses are transported and put into the hot water pool for scalding. The scalding time is 4-6 minutes. At the same time, the workers need to reverse the pig carcasses and scald them equally in the hot water pool.
- Suspension scalding: After the pig is completely bleeding and cleaned, the carcass is directly transported to the hot water pool for scalding. At the same time, the pig carcass will be suspended from a conveyor rail. The scalding time is 4-6 minutes. The scalding system is completely closed. So this way can prevent heat loss very well.
- Steam channel scalding: When the pig is completely bleeding and cleaned, the carcass will be directly transported to the hot steam channel for scalding, while the pig carcass will be suspended on the conveyor track. This method can effectively avoid cross-infection of pigs.
