  • This industrial evaporative condenser is equipped with a high-performance fan, spray pump, heat exchange coil, inlet and outlet water pipes, demister, air duct and water tank. All evaporative condenser parts in contact with the circulating medium are made of food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, and the outer casing is made of magnesium-aluminum-zinc alloy or 304 stainless steel to provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
  • The evaporative condenser adopts advanced countercurrent working principle. Fresh air enters from the bottom of the evaporative condenser and moves upward, flowing in the opposite direction to the spray water, thereby maximizing contact efficiency. As the water evaporates, the evaporative condenser quickly removes heat from the refrigerant within the coil, providing efficient cooling performance while reducing water and energy consumption.
  • Designed for modern refrigeration systems, this evaporative condenser features efficient heat dissipation, low water consumption and reduced operating costs, making it ideal for cold storage, freezers, food processing plants and industrial cooling projects.
  • The evaporative condenser adopts a compact counter-flow structure with air intake from all sides, allowing the evaporative condenser to achieve uniform air flow distribution and efficient use of installation space without sacrificing cooling performance.
  • Evaporative condensers are designed with a larger height difference between the air inlet and outlet to prevent air flow from short-circuiting. This evaporative condenser design reduces inlet gas humidity, increases cooling capacity, ensures even airflow distribution, and maximizes overall heat dissipation efficiency.
  • Optimized fan layout enables the evaporative condenser to maintain balanced airflow throughout the unit. This ensures that the evaporative condenser minimizes dead spots and provides stable and reliable cooling performance under continuous industrial operation.
