- Main components: The system includes high-performance fans, inlet and outlet pipes, spray pumps, heat exchange coils, water basins, mist collectors, and air ducts. All parts in contact with the circulating medium are made of high-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. The shell is made of magnesium aluminum zinc alloy or 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability.
- Working principle: Fresh air enters from the bottom of the unit and flows upward against the sprayed water. As the water evaporates, it absorbs heat from the refrigerant circulating within the coil, effectively cooling the coil. The moist, warm air is then expelled by an axial fan, while the remaining water is collected, filtered through a demister and circulated. This design maximizes heat exchange efficiency while minimizing water consumption and system footprint.
- Compact structure: counter-flow design, air intake from all sides, uniform air flow, and higher space utilization. The tower's compact internal layout saves valuable installation space without compromising performance.
- Excellent heat exchange efficiency: The height difference between the air inlet and the air outlet is larger, avoiding short circuits, ensuring low inlet air humidity, and increasing cooling capacity. Optimized fan layout promotes even air distribution, minimizing dead zones and maximizing heat dissipation.
- Easy to install and transport: The condenser can be pre-assembled with ancillary components into a single modular unit, simplifying transport, installation and future maintenance. This makes it ideal for projects that require rapid deployment.
