- This stainless steel conveyor system is designed for efficient cutting of pork, beef and lamb in slaughterhouses and meat processing plants. It supports carcass breaking down, trimming and transport tasks to improve workflow and hygiene standards. Available in single, double or triple layer structures: Single layer: raw material transportation. Double layer: upper layer for raw materials and lower layer for waste box transportation. Three-layer structure: upper cage, middle raw material box, and lower waste/heavy transport box. We also offer customized packaging and sorting line solutions, making the system extremely versatile and suitable for vegetables, seafood and the wider food industry.
- Pre-cutting area: The unloader significantly improves the efficiency and convenience of the unloading process, while also reducing the impact of falling pig halves on the cutting line. Diagonal supports are added to the first pre-cut line to enhance structural stability and effectively prevent the frame from deforming when the pig half falls. The drive end of the raw meat conveyor line is equipped with a spray system designed to clean internal residues, thus ensuring improved hygiene throughout the process. To prevent meat scraps and spatter from falling to the ground at the interface between the saw blade and the conveyor belt, we installed a removable feed tray. The tray is easy to remove and clean, maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Conveyor belt: The raw meat conveyor belt is designed to avoid contact with the main frames on both sides, and wear-resistant support strips are added at the bottom to reduce wear. This reduces pull resistance and extends the overall life of the device. Under normal operating conditions, the belt maintains a narrow opening; but when cornering, the opening widens. This design allows for more effective spray cleaning and minimizes sanitary dead spots.
