- Key components: The system includes high-performance fans, inlet and outlet pipes, spray pumps, heat exchange coils, sinks, demisters and air ducts. All parts in contact with the circulating medium are made of high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. The shell is made of magnesium aluminum zinc alloy or 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability.
- Working principle: Fresh air enters from the bottom of the unit and moves upward in countercurrent to the sprayed water. As the water evaporates, it absorbs heat from the refrigerant circulating within the coil, effectively cooling the refrigerant. An axial flow fan then exhausts the moist warm air while collecting the remaining water, filtering it through a demister and recycling it. This design maximizes heat exchange efficiency while minimizing water consumption and system footprint.
- Compact structure: counter-flow design, air intake from all sides, uniform air flow, and higher space utilization. The tower's compact internal layout saves valuable installation space without compromising performance.
- Excellent heat exchange efficiency: With a larger height difference between the air inlet and air outlet, the unit can avoid short circuits and ensure low inlet air humidity, thereby increasing cooling capacity. Optimized fan layout promotes even air distribution, minimizing dead spots and maximizing heat dissipation.
