- Our evaporative condensers are compact and efficient cooling solutions designed for industrial refrigeration systems. It combines the principles of evaporation and heat exchange to provide high performance with reduced energy consumption. This unit is widely used in cold storage facilities, food processing plants and various industrial cooling applications.
- The system includes high-performance fans, water inlet/outlet pipes, spray pumps, heat exchange coils, water basins, drift eliminators and air ducts. All components in contact with the circulating medium are made of high-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. The shell is made of magnesium aluminum zinc alloy or 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability.
- Fresh air enters from the bottom of the unit and moves upwards with a counter current spray of water. As the water evaporates, it absorbs heat from the refrigerant circulating within the coil, effectively cooling it. The humidified warm air is then expelled by an axial fan while remaining water is collected, filtered through a drifter and recirculated. This design maximizes heat exchange efficiency while minimizing water usage and system footprint.
- The counterflow design allows air intake from four sides, providing even airflow and enhanced space utilization. The tower's compact internal layout saves valuable installation space without compromising performance.
- Due to the larger height difference between the air inlet and outlet, the device avoids short circuits and ensures lower inlet air humidity, thereby increasing cooling capacity. Optimized fan placement promotes even air distribution, minimizing dead zones and maximizing heat dissipation.
