- 1. The basket washing machine solves the problems of high labor costs, water waste and low turnover basket washing efficiency in food processing plants. It is used to clean food baskets, boxes, stainless steel plates, and dishes, providing complete, one-step cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection functions. Basket cleaning machines use ambient temperature water washing, clean water rinsing and steam sterilization. Baskets (stainless steel plates) and other cleaning equipment enter the machine through the tunnel at the input for hot water main cleaning, ambient temperature water washing, and clean water rinsing to complete the cleaning process.
- 2. The boxes to be cleaned are fed into the machine through the conveyor belt. In the first wash, hot water of 38°C-45°C (adjustable temperature) is pumped to the three-dimensional spray pipe through a circulating water pump. Then, 48 removable spray heads provide three-dimensional flushing and cleaning of the box. Flush water can be discharged into the sewage network or filtered for recycling. In the second cleaning stage, hot water of 75°C-82°C (adjustable temperature) is pumped to the three-dimensionally arranged spray pipes through a sanitary-grade circulating water pump. The water then flows through 26 fixed nozzles, rinsing and cleaning the cabinet in three dimensions. The flushing water is filtered and then circulated into the circulating water tank. In the third flushing stage, spray clean water on the cabinet or around the iron plate. The water then flows into the second circulating water tank for reuse.
