Place the product to be frozen on the conveyor belt. The quick freezing machine is composed of multiple high-pressure air duct fans, which shoot air to the upper and lower sides of the product through special nozzles with special specifications. This special blowing method can freeze the product quickly, have enough evaporation area, and have better heat dissipation effect. Mainly used for quick-frozen prepared foods (such as dumplings, steamed buns, spring rolls, vegetarian rolls, breaded fish, breaded shrimp, steamed wheat cakes and other pastries), single shrimps, plate-frozen fish fillets, and uncoated frozen meat.
